Two childhood friends hoping to revolutionise the Social & Dating scene, Sitch is an events organisation dedicated to creating unforgettable memories… but it’s not just another dating app. There’s no incessant swiping as addictive and unfulfilling as that is. In fact, we don’t even focus primarily on dating. Even though some of our evenings cater to singles & couples, we have a range of social events designed specifically to cultivating platonic connections with socially compatible people.
With the rise of social media, dating apps and swiping have become the new norm - and we get it! We’ve been there. The buzz you get when you match someone for the first time. The giddy way you snatch your phone back when your friend takes control for you. But how long does it last and if they don’t ghost you, have you really connected with them or just a persona they created?
That’s why we believe connections should be made in person, whether they’re romantic or platonic, we make sure your matches are suited to what you really want!
Specialising in the introduction of solo individuals and the unification of social groups, our aim is to provide a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where you can meet new people. Sure, you could meet people at the gym, or at work, or even at your local bar but why not do it while living your best life?
The events we host are different, innovative and unforgettable for all the best reasons. Consisting of original activities and our own cheeky twists on old school games - our evenings help you break the ice and get the real conversations started. From experience, we know these interactive external environments not only ease the pressure of social situations but also make for hilarious discussions.
Catering to all ages and groups, each event will be available to a range of different age groups as well as official mixer events. Other evenings will also be exclusively reserved from specific groups, ranging from Singles & Couples socials to LGBTQ+ nights. Our platform also provides you with an insight into your social profile, allowing you to see who’s attending events, connect with anyone you meet in person and keep a track of your achievements and fails through badges!
